Simplicity and Efficiency

The winery is placed in the middle of the estate overlooking the vineyards on all sides, to ensure that the grapes harvested, exclusively by hand, reach the winery within minutes and thus maintain most of their primary flavours intact.

Wine-tasting

Anyone who wants to make a sensory experience by tasting our wines can do it in a friendly and welcoming wine-tasting hall, where every detail has been taken care of to keep it in harmony with the surrounding environment.

Technologies

There is a vinification area with tempereture controlled stainless steel vats and modern technologies.

In the underground area the best wines of the year ages in oak barrels ( “ tonneaux ” ) worked magnificently by an Austrian craftsman.

These barrels are slightly bigger than the famous casks ( barriques ) and lend themselves to a slower and more balanced exchange between wood and wine.
